1. Introduction
Tikrr LLC (“Tikrr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business in Coral Gables, Florida. We operate the Tikrr cloud software platform and related websites, applications, and APIs (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you:
- Visit tikrr.com or other Tikrr marketing pages;
- Use labs.tikrr.com and related product applications;
- Access customer, subcontractor, or client portals we host;
- Apply for Launch Club or other programs;
- Communicate with us or receive emails from Tikrr.
By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. How Tikrr fits your data (controller vs. processor)
Tikrr serves contractors and trades businesses (“Customers”) who subscribe to our platform. Data falls into two broad categories:
Account and platform data — Information about you as a Tikrr user, your company account, billing, security, Launch Club signups, and how you use Tikrr’s own features. For this data, Tikrr acts as a data controller (or equivalent under applicable law).
Customer Data — Information that Customers and their authorized users upload or generate in the platform (for example CRM contacts, leads, deal records, quotes, invoices, job photos, work orders, emails, and messages). Customers decide what to collect and how to use it with their clients, subcontractors, and staff. For Customer Data, the Customer is generally the data controller and Tikrr acts as a data processor, processing data on the Customer’s instructions to provide the Services. Where a Customer connects third-party tools (such as Google or Pipedrive), Tikrr may also act as a processor or sub-processor for data flowing through those integrations.
Customers are responsible for providing their own privacy notices to their end users (homeowners, subcontractors, mass-mail recipients, and similar). This Policy explains Tikrr’s practices as the platform operator.
